A few big changes and adjustments: I didn't feel that I had properly developed his shoulders and chest area before drawing the uniform on top of it, so his shirt is back off again. Also the background felt a little sloppy, so I replaced it with a rough gradient for now. I might draw a separate background and composite that in later.

Also, some Photoshop colors added in.
